Avon Packet — Restaurant in Bristol

Fantastic local pub overlooking the River Avon. About a 10 min walk to the City Centre. And a 5 minute walk to Ashton Gate Stadium and Bedminster. There is a small garden at the back of the pub with ducks and geese for company. The pints are served in proper glasses (not the plastic rubbish that Rising Sun serves). Would recommend going here. Thanks to the landlord etc...

What A Fantastic Pub.

If you are looking for a decent Cider House then this is it. Stocked to the rafters with Proper Cider. Traditional Thatchers, Cheddar Valley, Natch and Dry Blackthorn all oh Draught. And in Bottles all your stronger Ciders. Pints are around £3.45.... Now you can't go wrong with that.

Recently moved to the area, went here to check out their 🍻 garden, it is great, spacious and all nicely spaced out (if that is of interest). They've a comprehensive and well priced beer and cider range, decent people on bar too, everything you'd want and not just another hipster...
