the girl who served us was really nice and patient. the food was INCREDIBLE honestly, the place might not be the best decorated but the food is banging. really recommend the aubergine. the sushi was so nice too, i got the prawn, crab and mayonnaise. the squid tempura was so nice too and it came a really big portion, the people eating while i waited ordered the prawn tempura and it smell and. looked banging too. price not be the cheapest but it’s not massively expensive and food quality ratio is good.

Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious food! The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The sushi is clearly made with fresh ingredients. They also offer a selection of other Korean and Japanese dishes, if you don’t want sushi. I ordered the salmon and avocado roll along with the eel hand roll. The total came to £11 plus service charge, which felt like great value. I left happy and full. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious food and very friendly staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and I would highly recommend this place to anyone craving excellent Asian cuisine. Bento House has a diverse selection of popular Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food. I really like their bubble tea and sushi. The restaurant is also a short walk from both the bus stop and train station, a great place to check out for anyone paying Bristol a short visit.

My bad for going back, but without fail they always get something wrong with the order! And then to add insult to injury they argue about replacing the item or cost. My excuse is its my local, but its just not worth the expense, the aggravation, and the sense of disgust, not just at the dodgy food practices and inefficency, but the extraordinary behaviour of the staff. Quite unbelievable, but this is what happened on this ocaision. They gave me lamb instead of chicken skewers, and when I rang, the girl who answered wanted the delivery guy to come and retreive the cold half bitten skewer in case it was for another customer! And she said she couldnt refund me !? Can you believe it, it would have been amusing if they werent deadly serious. Really grim. It makes me wonder whats been in the orders all this time.

Well no more for me, especially given most of the food such as dumplings come from frozen bags from the korean grocery store a few shops down. Bento house's markup is 500% and their cooking is patchy at best. And having seen their kitchen, Im not convinced of...

Absolutely awful service. Ordered food at 7.10 being told 5-30 mins. Then told 40-60 mins. Called at 8 to follow up and told on way (we live about 15 mins away). Called again at 9 and was told they only have 2 drivers on (how is that an excuse when they said they could deliver in a set timeframe when they knew that at the time) and when I said that's not good enough when I am lied to and they say they can deliver within a set time so demanded a refund I was hung up on.
