For Pret subscription holders, there should be a way to tell online whether an outlet is franchised or not.
It was a very long way to walk to find they wouldn’t accept my membership.
Overall, for Pret generally, it damages the reputation of the brand when things like this happen. Either acceptance of the subscription should be part of the contract of the franchise, or they should have to call it something else.
