Wanted to get a vegan pizza after the menu clearly said it can modify some of the options. I queried this with the chef and he didn't have a clue what I was on about and claimed to never of heard it before! He told me they didn't stock vegan cheese so I sat back down to finish my drink.
The staff then continued to debate the menu at the bar for 10 minutes (of course, I could hear everything) which was embarrassing. The chef then came over after ringing the owner(?) and again apologised and said when we come in next time the vegan option will be available.
To be fair, the beer tasted very nice but given it was such a small menu you would expect the chef to know all...
