Tops Pizza Bristol — Restaurant in Bristol

ordered some food last night, it came in about 45 minutes to an hour. At most tepid in temperature and none of them were remotely pizza shaped, folded up in the bottom of tthe box. The desserts were still frozen solid in the middle and dippers look depressing to say the least. Still, we ate as much as we could, not very much, and began to feel sick. later that night back at my house i threw up twice and so did my friend, the three of us still feel ill and it is 4 o'clock. that night we had contacted just eat whom we had ordered through by email and attempted to ring them with no answer. i woke to find no response email so attempted to ring them and ask for some amount of refund. We were refused any compensation for our terrible experience and remain thoroughly pissed off. do not order from here just go to dominos, cheaper, better food and staff with some morals. NEVER...

Absolutly awful! I paid £20 for 2 medium pizzas, garlic bread and 1,5l of Pepsi. Garlic bread was just grilled, but I couldn't feel any garlic and butter on it. First pizza looked really good, but the whole bottom was just soaked with oil and it was definitely not from the professional furnance. The sauce wasn't even there (or the taste of it) and cheese was awful. Ingrediens were just alright, but nothing more than that. The second pizza was "cheese lover" and it was clearly shop used the cheapest ingredients to make it and once again, cheese totally awful, but this time it was tripple of it everywhere.

I took only 1 slide from "cheese lover" and I ate half of the first one. Even the basic pizza from Tesco is more tasty than my pizzas!

Terrible Delivery Service and They've Stolen Money Off Me. They could not find my address, despite delivering multiple times in the past. Their driver kept insisting he was outside, when he wasn't so I called up to cancel the order. The driver asked me to come and find him and said he was by a bus stop. I have no idea where he was. On the 5th attempt he found the address and my partner took the pizzas. He then phoned us and asked us to return the pizzas, as I'd cancelled the order. He took the pizzas off my partner. I then phoned their Bristol branch only to be told that we'd taken the pizzas and must have returned them to someone other than the driver. As we have not received any pizza they have effectively stolen £26...
