No3a Social — Restaurant in Bromsgrove

Inflexible and just ok. We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning, we didn’t have a reservation and we were asked if we did have one. It was quiet so I was surprised. We sat down and ordered some drinks and given time to look through food menu. We got the coffees which were warm ish.

I asked for their avocado on toast but with a side of poached eggs, to which they said we don’t do that. When questioned the waitress was referring to poached eggs. They only offer fried or scrambled. Ok, no problem, so I asked for a few mins to choose something else. I then asked for the main breakfast but instead of fried eggs I’d like scrambled. (As they didn’t have poached). Came back about 5 minutes later to say as their breakfasts are set if I want scrambled if have to pay a £4 supplement for scrambled as they wouldn’t swap it.

By this point we had been in here 20 mins, so I asked for the bill for the drinks and left. It seemed very much their way or no way, which is fine as there are other places we go to that will cater to different requirements and be flexible. It’s our third time here and it’s never been great but have tried to keep it local. We won’t...

I don't normally put bad reviews, however we visited today.. we asked for a child's scrambles egg on toast and a child's beans on toast , firstly it came out on muffins which was fine, secondly the kids scrambled egg came out as a fried egg on a cheese muffin we said we asked for scrambled egg , we were than approached by i assume the manager.. who was RUDE and EMBARASSING.. telling us they dont do scrambled egg for childen??? well weve been here several times and our toddlers always have scrambled eggs and beans because they share it. I literally am gob smacked by the way we were spoken too it was disgraceful . And then to top it off they charged us a 3.00 charge on top of the bill because they had to make scrambed egg.. which doubled the price of the childs beeakfast. And the hot chocolate isnt hot ( but i dont usually complain which i didnt at the time but did let them know on leaving ) either warm your milk up more or heat ur mugs with hot water first. Works a treat !!!! And yes i do work in the hospitality sector. No3a today you should be ashamed of yourselfs. We won't...

Brunch was fantastic. Service excellent , staff were lovely. Coffee was top drawer and the ambience and cosiness were ❤️.

If I could perhaps find a fault, it would only be that it’s a weeeeeee bit expensive . But otherwise , lovely spot and wouldn’t hesitate to be back.

Came back for lunch - had a good experience . On my way back though had a really poor service . Ordered an iced hazelnut latte to take away but lady( not the one that served me for lunch) in front told me to wait as she was serving someone else so I decided to use the washroom first . When I came out got accused of ordering it hot which was what she prepared but not what I ordered . Didn’t apologise didn’t bother to change my order. To avoid a ruckus I paid but left my drink there. Horrible . Of all the wonderful staff , this one was dreadful . Had to pay something I didn’t order . Now I don’t want to come back . Always took the hassle to come to bromsgrove just for 3a social but this lady has just ruined my experience. May not go...
