The Ladybird Inn — Restaurant in Bromsgrove

Staff were very friendly and helpful ,there was plenty of space for social distancing and enough room to get my wheelchair around ,they have good disabled access and disabled parking ,we went around their back entrance ,do remember to put your car reg into there computer thingie otherwise you may get a parking ticket!! The atmosphere was very relaxing and everywhere was nice and clean too Staff were constantly cleaning tables etc The food was lovely and tasty ,mostly handmade and the brownie dessert was just amazingly indulgent ,there is even a kids menu with a variety of foods to choose from (food served till 9pm and children allowed until 9pm too) We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and even the children enjoyed themselves, Nothing was left on our plates ,all around a...

Popped into here as the traffic around the area was grid locked and my little one needed the toilet.

I was served quickly and politely. The beer tasted great and my little one enjoyed the coca cola!

I have been in previously without kids and the atmosphere is really good. It was a good evening and night in there, the locals were all welcoming.

My only feedback would be to check the toilets as my little one said there were alot of ants, I couldn't verify this as she's a girl but we know how kids like to exaggerate.

Dismissive attitude of manager/ supervisor asking us to leave our seats so she could clear room out. Apparently they had a function down far end. There was nowhere else spare to go in the pub. We had to sit outside for an hour only to find she had reopened the room and seats taken with not a jot of care to us or a courteous message this was the case. Even though we had rang in the afternoon to ask if we needed to book a table and were told no, we can sit anywhere as the boxing is being shown all around the pub.
