Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Broxbourne

I made an online order this morning It was never delivered and the person who spoke with me told me since there is just 1 item you need talk to the delivery people or else you are getting one thing She said they are not responsible but my order was from costa coffee its a shame how people get to be treated

I bought 2 small lattes for take away and requested an extra shot in both the orders and of course I was charged for the extra shots. While the lady was preparing my coffees I quickly went to the bathroom. Came back to the cashier and picked up my coffees. Got into my car and went to my meeting. As soon as I took the first sip I knew straight away they had put only one shot. This was the case for the second cup too. Being a regular coffee drinker I can tell when theres one shot as my wife drinks one shot lattes. I have been drinking 3 shot lattes from Costa Coffee very regularly and for several years and never have I had this problem. Very disappointed in the laziness of the staff at this particular...

I now know why I NEVER go into this one. Service was the worst ever. We were left standing waiting for 2 drinks for over 20mins, others after us were receiving their drinks. When I said I wanted a refund, we had to wait another 10mins because NO ONE working there knew how to give one. The woman serving had to video call her manager to ask how to do it. The long line of people alongside us were shaking their heads in frustration. Eventually we got a refund. It's safe to say I will NEVER give this...
