I have never been here at a time when it isn't absolutely busy. The queues here take a long time for staff to deal with and it is a bit tedious. Quite disappointed with my visit today. Got in at 4.28pm and was denied service flat out. The staff was quite abrupt to say it closes at 4.30pm on a Sunday. However, the info in the Web says it closes at 5pm and the store was full of people enjoying their drinks. I went to Costa just before closing with a gift card and had some issues using it. Morgan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and she made what could have been a mildly stressful situation feel really pleasant and relaxed.
