We waited for the colleague to finish his conversation with one of the other colleagues about their private lives before he could be bothered to acknowledge us and serve us. I ordered a toasted teacake which took so much time coming that my coffee became luke warm. He came across to tell me that the first teacake was burnt as they didn't hear the toaster alarm, probably because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. When the teacake finally arrived it was also lukewarm and definitely had no evidence of being toasted. We watched them serve other customers and they were treated the same. Over all a bad experience at the Giltbrook Starbucks. The staff couldn't be bothered...

It wasnāt busy as was 6.30pm and there were 4 members of staff behind the counter, only one appeared to be actually making any drinks.
