Really nice place, happy to accommodate our 7month old baby, good veggie selection as well as lots of other meat free dishes that included fish based ingredients. What We liked Very friendly courteous attentive staff Good vegetarian selection (menu on their website) Menu online for double check before you leave. Lovely background music / ambience Food very well presented Decent amount of space between tables Dishes very well cooked Waitress happy to explain the dishes. All on one level - No steps to get pushchair Stuff that you might need to know (not necessarily negative, it’s just worth pointing out) Car park is behind shops on opposite side of road (or can use big one next to sun inn only 2mins walk) No baby changing facilities other than normal toilets Beer is restaurant prices The dishes are not very comprehensively explained in English on the menu (No problem to ask waitress) This is not a cheap restaurant- it’s a good restaurant, reasonably priced where you can eat locally without going into Notts and paying parking. We all enjoyed eating there and the baby slept through until we were finishing our drinks at the end. Would definitely eat there again, other than occasional curry house you’ll struggle to find restaurants as good as this out of town. We had the banquet and it was definitely enough to eat.

Went here for my daughters birthday. We had a variety of spicy/non spicy and I have to say the food was excellent. Crispy chicken on a bed of fried noodles was the best thai dish with red thai curry. Absolutely fantastic. Clean and pleasant surroundings, the staff cannot do enough for you. We will be returning!

Excellent dinner for 2. Chose the set menu and it was good value for money. Too much food. Service and atmosphere very good. Would recommend and would come again.

When taking your friends out to eat, who happen to be food bloggers, to a place you've never even thought of never mind tried before had us wondering why we suggested suprising them! but our fears were unfounded..... The welcome we received from the waitresses was friendly, respectful and attentative. The menu was vast and as it was our first time trying Thai cuisine we found ourselves asking for recomendations from the staff who didn't mind at all and even though the place was packed to capacity they found the time to help and even have a laugh too. The food turned out to be amazing and our friends thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and ambience as did we. I've found a whole new favourite dish that being green curry with coconut rice. Quiet literally lush.. Thanks Grand Siam, we will be back. Highly recomended Drew & Susan Tree Hugger & Son...

Delicious, well cooked food. The staff are amazing they really are. So attentive & patient. I was part of a large group that arrived at different times & the resteraunt was so patient with us all. All of our food orders were perfect. I seriously don't have a single bad thing to say about Grand Siam Thai. Thank you so much to the ladies that took care of us & their excellent chef. I LOVE FOOD & this was my first time trying Thai food so for me it was all new but absolutely scrumptious. They catered to every single one of our individual orders & got them spot on. They also did a great job of bringing out our cake & singing happy birthday to our birthday girl. If you haven't already been here & you're looking to try Thai food THIS is the place to go. Grand Siam Thai I now have a new addiction & I will be back for more! Thank...
