Greggs — Restaurant in Broxtowe

All the staff at greggs in kimberley are really good apart from one new girl who always messes up the order. i went today to get a hot chocolate with chocolate dusting on top, a latte, omelette and bacon baguette with extra egg and a bacon and sausage baguette with extra sausage. what i got was a latte with chocolate dusting, hot chocolate with no chocolate dusting, a bacon and omelette baguette with no extra egg and a sausage baguette with no bacon yet i was charged for it all. thing is this is not the first time this has happened to me, the last time it happened i mentioned it to the staff in the hope they would have a word with her but either they didnt or she didnt listen. somebody said that its because they get busy in the mornings but in that case they should have more staff on. could you imagine going in for an operation for kidney stones and instead they take your lung out but the excuse was they were busy that day. i know its not as serious as that but being busy is not an excuse after all its not...

Avoid it all cost used to be great with good service now you've hired a girl called Abbie who rips you off . You pay for a large with extra shots you get a regular with halfer shot . 2 days on the trot now .
