We just want to say thankyou for being a part of our special day. We are sincerely grateful for how accomodating you have been through the whole process. From supporting us when our first wedding was cancelled to moving our venue completely at short notice. Your character, kind heart and selflessness is something very rare to find and you are one in a million. You deserve every success and review you have ever had. May life continue to shine on you, like you shine on the rest of the world.

The food was lovingly made, comforting in a way that is almost nostalgic stirring memories of relatives of times past. Everything was tasty, fresh and you could taste love with every bite. All of my family of 60, have all said how amazing the food was, the tea was free flowing and the servers were caring but friendly.

I cannot express my wholehearted appreciation for everything Nygel and his team have done for us. If you are thinking about booking, don't waste time looking around. There is no better option for amazing food, service and passion.

I honestly feel like Nygel is part of our family, we will hold this beautiful day deep in our hearts and memories for ever more,

On walking into the cafe, we asked if there were room for 5 and they told us about an hour wait, in which we were more than happy to wait, we asked if were were OK to have afternoon teas and were told yes this was fine. After waiting an hour and a half we had to flagged someone down to see if we could order..the lady came over to take our order to be told..No scones left...so we asked if ok to order without a scone..to be told yest that's absolutely fine..so said can we order 4 afternoon teas. To be then told we have no soup (not mentioned when told no scones) So said can we have the mini afternoon tea..and was told yes thats fine, but we need one that has a pinini instead of bread..to be told it will cost us more and be the same price and the full afternoon tea with no scone or soup! With no apology for telling us they could cater for us when we walked in and leaving us waiting for an hour and a half and not popping over to let us know they were out of food. And then made us pay full price for the 5 drinks we had. Worst experience we've ever had. Safe to say we will never go back. Such a waste of our time and absolutely starving now..and 2 of us were...

Not your typical coffee shop at all. Lots of wonderful cakes and food plus blue monkey beer selection. However it's the atmosphere and decorations that make it outstanding. There are hats to try on lots of hats. Everything from wedding hats party hats posh hats and silly hats. The main theme is Alice in wonderland at the mad hatters tea party. A brilliant place to meet a friend or family for a beverage and catch up. They also do themed evening. I have been to the psychic evening with Jan Mayfield and she is amazing medium. She tells you exactly what she sees or hears and there's no hiding from the truth with Jan. The other special events are for mother and father day Greek night tapas night. The good is always freshly prepared and if you have dietary requirements phone in advance and they will bend over backwards...
