Lucky Restaurant — Restaurant in Broxtowe

Ordered 2 different dishes for 1945 delivery on "just eat"....They add 10 minutes which is OK but driver turns up at 1900 ! food they deliver is wrong they've sent 2 of the same . So we've taken the order nearly 1hr early but to find the wrong food isn't good enough . We call them only to be messed about asking the same question over and over again (what did we order) . They call back saying chef has sent correct food ! That black pepper beef and beef black bean sauce are similar ! I reply saying that they are exactly the same . They continued to state chef has correctly cooked food with no mention of why food was delivered at wrong time . I hope people read this review and don't make the same mistake as me and order from here . Before you think I'm harsh I'm not, I've ordered many times from the previous owners with no complaints . Read other reviews about new owners . Beware of very poor customer service and wrong food with extremely poor timing . They don't even deserve 1 star....

1star only for the nice customer service from the driver. Food was absolutely terrible, how come people say a nice stuff about this restaurant. Maybe I was unlucky but my food was that bad that I haven't eaten at all. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with rice and vegetarian spring rolls with crispy seaweed and this cost me £17. With the chicken was definitely something wrong, I'm more then sure it was not fresh. From the look everything was ok, however when I have tried chicken I have noticed something really stinks. I felt sick. Everyone know how chicken can stink if you leave it for too long in your fridge. And this is exactly how it smells. Vegetarian spring rolls were born see on the attached pic. It really put me off when chefs do not care about food quality. Good chefs will only use fresh food and if something go wrong like today with the spring rolls they will...

Only putting 1 star because I can't put -a thousand. Second time I've orderd from this place first time was told food would arrive In 30 minutes didn't attive until hour and a half after ordering. Food finally came but we were to hungry to argue... thought we would give them a second chance tonight was 40 minutes so assumed they may have improved there time management... I was wrong. 1 hour past phoned them was given excuse, let it go... can't to an hour and a half still no food was fed excuse after excuse. 2 HOURS!!! I phoned said I wasn't prepared to pay for this wait and to cancel the food and I was going to leave a bad review and never use them again. 10 minutes past they rang again said I could have food for free if I didn't leave bad review. I agreed.... long story short it's been 3 hours. No food and I'm going to bed. Do not waste your time. Order...
