This is by far our favourite Starbucks, great location with plenty of places to relax or work with your favourite Starbucks treats! The staff go out of their way to know their regular customers and give outstanding service, this is the gold standard of welcoming and professional- I’m made to feel like family here! Tyler is always upbeat, organised and ready with my order and some conversation - nothing is too much trouble. I go here once to twice a week, I love it I always have a lovely warm welcome, I have a annoying drink to which is never too much for them to make including my vegan cream , it always taste great and love catching up with them, honestly I look forward to my coffee every weekend and to have the lovely staff always ask how iam etc always makes my day,, always a joy to go to and look forward to seeing the staff as much as getting my well deserved weekly coffee thank...

Came in today as I was staying nearby, and everything seemed to go a bit haywire, with a fire alarm and many stressed-looking staff! Shortly afterwards we were let back in and I was served by a really lovely girl called Tyler. She looked immensely stressed but did a really great job at providing the best service given the circumstances and the coffee was excellent too.
