Wow just wow the customer service for ballers in bury is absolutely awful, i rang to place and ordered and he heard me fine. I called a second time as I had something mixed up and wanted to change one thing, someone picked up the phone and just left it on counter I was waiting for 5min so I had to put the phone down. Then I rang again and I was explaining my order the man on the phone kept saying you can't change you order and then said ok what do you want to change I was telling him what I wanted to change but he goes I can't hear you speak up so I was nearly shouting and explaining but he he just hung up the phone, which was very rude of him.. I don't think the staff are trained properly and requires this ASAP. Very bad customer service!!!
