Went to the drive through, waited a good while shouting hello at the machines with no answer. I drive up to the pick up window, no one there... no sign anywhere to say the drive through wasn't open.
So I went inside to get a krunch shake but they were out, ok no problem.
But I'm trying to order at the counter to pay with cash, the woman on the til has no idea how to turn that screen into a til, you have staff huddled behind the til messing around, laughing and doing anything but work (which explains why their was no one at the drive through), she calls the manager over to get the till to be a til so she can put my order in, she couldn't take cash, ok I'll use card, card machine doesn't work so I have to use the self order machines.
This was during the heat wave, I know it was hot and slow, but that does not give you an excuse to give appalling customer service, you have staff who don't know what they're doing, honestly it was a joke.
If I'm going to use that kfc again, I won't be going in store. KFC you really need to sort this out. There's so many fast food chains these days and when you've got staff letting you down l, not the food...

I purchased three ice creams from KFC last night for my kids as regular customers , only to find they were off and had a sour taste. I had to throw them in the bin, which was very disappointing. (Showed them pictures) I called to complain immediately and explained the situation.
Today, I went back to the store to request a refund, but the manager was incredibly rude, refused to refund me (just replaced), and didn’t even offer an apology for the poor quality of the product. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it concerns food safety for children .
I’ve always trusted KFC, but this experience has left me questioning their standards. I hope this feedback prompts some action to improve product quality and customer service.
