Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Prestwich — Restaurant in Bury

Last night we had a truly terrible experience with this pizza establishment, myself and a group of colleagues are in Manchester over the weekend, we attempted to order what was admittedly a large order of 16 pizzas and sides. We called up and attempted to pay by card over the phone, this was declined, we tryed to pay cash on delivery, this was also declined, we also attempted to pay via the website, this was also declined.

After over a hour of attempting to order we were advised that the only way to actually complete our order was to go down to the store.

We were ultimately forced to walk for over a mile down to the store to pay for the order in person, we ended up wasting time walking, the order cost us more than we had been advised, and as they still refused to deliver we were forced to Pay for a taxi back home.

I would leave zero stars if it was at all possible but as it is not one star will have to do.

Safe to say that we will not be using this...

Online showing you can order So spent £28 online I also got an email saying here’s my order number I waited 1hr and half and still no food so decided to phone the store I phoned 17 times to then finally get told that the order has not come through I had asked could I come to store then and show you my email confirmation they said NO! As they have a different order numbers to us, I find that this false advertisement and a disgraceful from a company like dominos. I had also spent £28 online as a little treat for the family and something we was looking forward too, to then also be told we can have some food if we came to the store but would have to pay another £28 what I found that the lad on the phone is taking the (Micky) as we don’t find this is good customer service something needs to be done as other emails previous have had the similar...

This has got to be one of the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Food come wrong which has happened a few times get told a refund will be provided which never got processed. Had another order delivered which was all wrong again and instead of fixing the issue they would much rather argue on the phone. Customers is not a priority in this store!! Fine taking the money but when it comes to solving issues they don’t seem to take responsibility for not being able to make a simple pizza!!!! Instead they hang up the phone. Will definitely be using a different dominos in future as this one is a disgrace! It’s a pitty my postcode only allows me to order from here until it’s shuts then I get the option of better ones...
