DONT GO. VERY RUDE MANAGER with disgusting attitude. Ordered my food here when first opened on a Saturday. Said it would be 30-40 minute wait which I was okay with. Waited that time and once it had been 50 minutes I went and checked it was still coming. They looked confused and almost like they had forgotten my order⦠then went on to say it will be an extra 10-15 minutes. I waited that time again and it got to 20 minutes and I went and checked again, in which I was no longer hungry I had waited so long, and all my family I was with had had their mains and desserts already, so I simply asked for a refund instead. The manager was very rude with an attitude and then continued to shoo me away and said āWAIT five more minutesā in which I complained further saying no, I have waited an hour and forty already, the least you could do was take five minutes to give me a refund after leaving me waiting nearly two hours for food. The manager was not only rude to myself, but his other young staff members who worked for him, which I saw and watched while I stood my ground and waited for a refund. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered our food at at 7.45. It was 10pm and I complained that we had not yet been served. Bar staff at Radcliffe Market were lovely and escalated our complaint. We were then told food would be served in 5 mins (market shuts at 10pm). I explained that I wasn't willing to pay. Ideally Mogul should have served and waivered cost due to the 2 hour wait but they were rude and didn't listen to the customer and neither did they apologise... they just said "we were busy" I advised that maybe next time they shouldn't take more orders than they could manage... I dont think they took this on board and therefore wouldn't trust that they wouldn't make the Same mistake again. I love radcliffe market and would visit again but I would never order from Mogul again. If customer service was better... perhaps I would.
My advice to Mogul is to serve the food and don't charge the customer.. give them a voucher... or take out...then perhaps my review would be different. Customer service is terrible. Thank god Gordon Ramsey wasn't there!

At the 35 minute mark the young server came over and said they had no samosas so to save the hassle of a refund to pick another item worth the same amount - I picked vegetable spring rolls.
At the 1 hour mark we asked how long it would be and the older man was very rude and just said they were very busy.
At the 1 hour 15 mark the younger server came over and told us it would be another 20 minutes. He was very apologetic and understanding. Stating that a few things had gone wrong in the kitchen.
My food came 15 minutes later and was beautiful. Another person on our table ordered straight after me and had to wait a further 10 minutes.
It was a slow Saturday night - the market was half full. However, 3 food stalls were closed so they may have been busier than usual.
I don't think any food is worth an hour and a half wait, but it was delicious.
