This place is an absolute joke. The worst customer service EVER. This place will not last with the rude employees it has. We order a few desserts and when it arrived it was just one milkshake that was also wrong. Called the dessert restaurant to tell them something has gone wrong and they where just rude and dismissive. Would also give 0 stars if it was an option. You can see from the owners previous response to a customer that he is pathetic.

Thanks for the response. Please note you can not blame the driver for YOUR mistake. The poor driver delivers what you give him. Your staff clearly are incompetent and have no manners. Why would we request free desserts when we have already paid for our order which was not delivered. Your staff had written the correct name on the bag but with one milkshake inside which was also wrong. Theres not much more the driver could have done. Accept your mistake and move on. My duas are with you nevertheless but you need to train your staff on basic...

If I could, I would give 0 stars. We bought milkshakes today, which is a really hot day. The chocolates were melting in the shop and too soft to be used in a milkshake. I brought it to the attention of the lady making the milkshakes. she abruptly said "Wait a minute" and continued making it with adding more milk and cream. What I was left with was a combination of milk and cream with lumps of chocolate at the bottom. Before leaving, I did assert my dissatisfaction with what I thought the milkshake would turn out to be (and I was right when I tried it later) and the lady just insisted that 'nobody else had complained, so I had no reason to'. Furthermore, the slush had a strange plant aftertaste and the ice-cream tasted off. If the products were not fit for purpose, then she should not have sold them, especially when a customer is alerting them to the issue. The customer service is poor, the lady was obnoxious and rude! This place has been our go to stop for some treats after dinner during current lockdown situation. Appreciation to each and every individual involved doing their best in current times to provide excellent service and mouth watering deserts. This place has been tried and tested various times.

We have tried various items on their menu and are high quality freshly prepared with allergies informed upfront. Various chocolates and all Halal options available. Nutella and Cadbury being one of best sellers.

Safe to say delicious as anticipated.

Order was nice and warm and delivered within the time slot allocated. Hopefully will order soon.

Management should consider regular customer discounts or upgrades if possible.
