I recently visited Frazers Prestwich, driven by the hype I saw on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, with numerous mistakes and an unpleasant aftermath.
First and foremost, there were several errors with our order. Not only did they make multiple mistakes, but they also forgot to include certain elements in the dirty fries we ordered. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and affected our overall enjoyment of the meal.
To their credit, the manager did try to rectify the mistakes. However, their explanation for the errors being due to busyness felt inadequate. As a customer, I expect a certain level of consistency and accuracy in service, regardless of the restaurant’s workload.
The next day, my friends and I experienced severe stomach aches, which leads me to believe that the food we consumed from Frazers Prestwich was the culprit. Considering that all of us who dined together had the same symptoms, it seems unlikely to be a mere coincidence. This occurrence further worsened our impression of the place.
While Frazers Prestwich may have gained popularity on social media platforms, I cannot help but feel that the hype is misplaced. The subpar service, mistakes in the order, and subsequent negative health effects overshadow any positive aspects that may exist. It is essential for a restaurant to prioritize quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, which, unfortunately, I did not experience at Frazers Prestwich.
Overall, I would not recommend this establishment based on my personal experience. It’s important for potential customers to be aware of these issues and consider their options carefully when seeking a satisfying...
Read moreOrdered delivery on 02/02/2023. Great service from making the call to being given an ETA around made to order food 👍🏽 delivery arrived and great interaction from the person who dropped it off with a very bold claim that the food was as great as he was telling me.
I had ordered the Tower burger meal and upgraded the fries based on the recommends on the call of the dirty fries being the most popular that people keep coming back for, I can confirm that myself, the wife and son all had some and were very impressed and would ordered this again. The burger came in an impressive foldable box and the sauce and hashbrown and cheese, one of the better burgers I’ve had in the delivery area 👌🏽. The other food ordered was also enjoyed and well received, most definitely will look to order again. The gent who delivered did recommend looking at the tik tok account but I don’t use it but if you do might be worth checking out their food on @frazerbrazer (according to the leaflet)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Edit: on 14/02/2023 ordered again, the newest picture shows the grilled chicken n rice box and have to say this was the best received dish from this order almost Nandoesque 👌🏽
Edit: got some more food today (15/02) courtesy of Frazers, loved the Coleslawper Chicken Burger, the coating was light yet crispy and the chicken itself great quality and very tasty. Had the grill led chick n rice which was even better today, and the zinger wrap was enjoyed too. For a small local business who is a wife and husband team who make the food, this is brilliant 🤩 👍🏽
17/02: ordered Frazer special beef burger, brilliant flavoursome packed burger,...
Read moreSmall takeaway but has a couple of tables. The zinger burger was one of the better ones I've had - the batter was really flaky and crispy and had a lot of seasoning. The algerian sauce was a good accompaniment and I would recommend this.
They have curly fries which not many takeaways are offering. Their wings were also very tender and slid off the bone but weren't crispy at all. They have a spicy dipped chicken burger too - tastes similar to Miami's/Floridas/Shakebees but only has a slight kick. That suits me fine as sometimes I think chicken shops load up their chicken with chili flakes and spice just for the sake of it and it really detracts from the flavour, but people who LOVE spice should stick to the zinger burger.
Only criticism is that the pricing is very high. £5.50 for a spicy chicken burger on its own (that is smaller than most other competitors like Miamis/Floridas). Even the zinger burger meal was £9.
Overall I would recommend the zinger burger (haven't had beef burgers or pizzas but the photos look nice) but I think it should be...
