Randomly driving past, and saw that a Sweet Dreams had opened up in my neck of the woods. Had to give it a try, having heard so much about the original. When I say, pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I mean wow, that portion size alone is a fat kids dream 🤣 genuinely couldn't finish it despite it tasting so amazing. Staff was polite and friendly. Was a bit of a queue so not sure maybe it has just opened up?? 🤔 planning to take the kids back this weekend explore the rest of the menu. Good parking options so saves having to go into City Centre or battle the hustle and bustle of Cheetham Hill. Walking distance from Heaton Park so perfect for my next family day out.
One critique. It Didnt have any seating. With my back issues was a bit of problem :/ However the owner was nice enough to offer a chair from back. So cant complain.
Most importantly in this day age with prices going up everywhere. Portion size combined with very reasonable prices makes this a no brainer!
P.S forgot to say all the young people in the queue seemed to be excitingly ordering the Dream Cake. But me being me couldn't resist being different and I got something called Knafeh Mousse Cake. Just cos it just looked soooo yummy 😍😍. Im glad I let my inner child choose...
Read moreCame here today at around 10pm - ordered some chocolate labubu strawberry cup
Was told 20/25 mins wait that was fine until the wait turned to an hour to an hour and half then 2 hours
I understand that there newly opened and are going to be busy but we had multiple people who came in affter us who got served miles quicker without phoning up
The young girl who served us was really kind she offered us a chair due to the waiting time and chucked a freebie in / would try again but once the hype has died down it is abit on the pricey side but its going to be with it all being dubai
Again not saying a bad word about the place as the desserts are actually really amazing just needs to be a bit more organised and abit more staff 😀
Again thank you to the young girl you was extremely helpful and thank you for sorting us out with the drinks and the free cake and thank u for letting my younger brother use the loo woth his diabetes you was...
Read moreVisited late on a Sunday evening and we got lucky as there were still some chocolate Labubu’s and Fruit pastries left.
My son absolutely loved the Labubu and we also bought one with strawberries and chocolate for our friends child, she loved it! So novel, but also really delicious.
I’d been wanting to try the French pastries for months and when I spotted this place was so close to home, I couldn’t wait to visit.
We managed to get our hands on the last mango & a lemon. As it was the last mango, it had gotten quite cracked, so they very kindly let us have it for free.
The staff were so lovely. Really welcoming, friendly & kind.
The mango and lemon pastries were delicious. Really fresh and such a nice Sunday evening treat.
Highly recommend this place.
We’ll be back to try some of the other treats very...
