A really nice venue. Lovely for babies/toddlers The weather was hot so outdoors wasnt used but we popped out to see it and it was fab when my sons older it is definately somewhere I will return too. Clean, well maintained and just right. Re: the Food i didn't order but saw others and it looked really good. My friend had a milkshake which she said was average. The warm food we could smell it smelt lovely. Great options for adults and children.
A few downers/let downs: Parking is not the best and time limited of 20mins out front. I parked further down on a side street. So I carried my son and bag, I would say taking a pushchair inside is possible but not ideal given the space.
When booking it said disco all day. There wasnt. When I did ask the lady said she wasnt told. She did put disco lights and some music on but the session was ending so it was pointless. It wasnt the end of the world but would be good for staff to be aware of what events are said to be on.
And finally! My friend brought a milkshake. She forgot to pay; however the lady let us out the gate and even watched us go to open the front door before she said to my friend she needed to pay for her milkshake. It didnt make sense why open the gate and walk us out to leave and watch us open the front door before saying. It did make my friend feel panicked as she said she had forgotten and didnt leave on purpose as the way it was done felt like that. So maybe at the 15/10min notice given for the end of the session it is then you go around and take payment. This would just avoid that situation. The lady working there had a serious look so I was not sure how to take her but she seemed...

Read moreReally nice place to take a small child.
I visited today and was greeted by Gaz and Steph, they were very friendly and took the time to explain how they have organised a safe and fun environment for little children. I had emailed them regarding dietary preferences and they had made provision on short notice to accommodate us. The facilities here are really good, an excellent combination of sensory experiences, toys and games, books and good cafe food! Everywhere was clean and well presented and my little one really enjoyed the session. I think the highlight for him were the bubble lamps! They provided a high chair and we ordered a weaning platter which was great. My boy is 6 months old and is not mobile (yet!) - I think he would have been able to get more out of the visit if he were able to toddle about, mainly because there is so much to explore in this little cafe. We didn't go outside into the garden and I'm not sure if it was open, but the weather wasn't good so it didn't bother us and besides, the 90 minute session went by too quick anyway! Very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend going to...
