I had the curried goat and I wasn’t surprised at all that it has bones! The bones give it more flavour and I always make my curries the same way. That’s how a lot of authentic, slow cooked curries from various countries are made.
I’ve also never tried gungo peas before which are in the rice that’s served with the curry goat and I liked them.
