Costa Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in Carlisle

Asked for a small skinny latte, recieved a medium vanilla latte and was told I had only paid for a small but a medium had been made anyway. Later to find when looking at my bank account that I had, in fact, been charged for a medium latte. Vanilla syrup was free I presume, however how do I know that my latte was actually made with skimmed milk and not regular milk after being lied to about the charge for the latte in the first place? Now the coffee is ok-ish. Guess standard to a Costa. However the service is appalling. The same woman serves us all the time. Caz her name is. Honestly, would it hurt to great the customer or at least look in the general direction, probably not!. She never smiles, looks at you like you have taken a dump in her cerial, is extremely rude and barks orders at you, the customer, when it comes to paying. Disappointed. Young boy with curly hair was unprofessional when talking as i pulled up to the drive through. “Alright”. Not a professional manner. As i drove up to the window to collect my drink, a lady with mousy brown hair in a ponytail asked me a question. I couldn’t hear so asked what she said, and was returned with a snappy rude tone.
