Domino's Pizza - Mountsorrel — Restaurant in Charnwood

I still have not received my refund for the order placed for £59.46.

I called the store to request that one pizza ordered online had vegan cheese, as the recipient has a dairy allergy. He is not vegan as I explained. I was advised that this was not possible, as “there are camera’s” and “dairy free cheese can only go on plant based pizza”. We went round in circles as I tried to explain that the issue is not that the recipient is vegan but just cannot eat dairy cheese. I have been visiting this domino’s for many years, and had recommended them to my guests who were visiting from all over the country to celebrate my daughter’s baptism. My brother has never had a problem requesting the alternative cheese from his local Dominos, so I was left feeling embarrassed and frustrated.

This is a ridiculous policy - if the server was correct that they’re simply “not allowed” to use dairy free cheese on an ordinary pizza - even if extra was paid as I offered. Being dairy free is not a choice, and obtaining food as a result should not be a challenge from an establishment as huge as Dominos. Ordered food , took over an hour for delivery , driver called and said he couldn’t find address having been here on numerous occasions he called back 15 mins later and said come outside and meet him !! I explained I had just had a hip replacement and couldn’t go out !! , 10 mins later the food arrived, I went to eat it and was cold !!! , I phoned the manager and she argued with me saying I had given the wrong address, I explained they had been here before.
