Leicester Birstall store. Order was placed for 3 XXL Pizzas. Delivery was pretty quick and can’t say anything bad about delivery guy. But pizzas were terrible. Cold! Dry! It seemed that all 3 pizzas were like 3 days old! We only had it because everyone was starving and there was no time or willingness to wait for different food or argue with Pappa John’s. And this is second time when we order pizza from this store and it is terrible! We usually have large parties and like pizza, but we are never going to order from this store again!!! This was awful. We decided to stay in for our anniversary and get take out having had lovely Papa Js pizza in the states. It was barely edible. The garlic butter tasted of cheap marg. My pizza cost £17 ...I worked out my toppings..if I had bought from lidl...would be about 60p. Hardly anything on it. Cold. Chewy. Tasteless. This shop is new to Birstall and we shall tell everyone we know about what an over priced, tasteless shoddy effort this was. Should be ashamed at themselves trying to save pence on toppings and sacrificing tasty food and customer...

So i wanted to order the buy 1 get 1 free pizza. The staff said its not free. You have to pay for the other pizza except its only 3 pound cheaper than paying for two pizzas. So its not free just a tad cheaper. So then I asked for 1 pizza with stuffed crust and the total comes up to 17.50 when a large cost 9.99 and stuffed curst 3.50. So how it that so expensive? Lastly I said no after this dumb service and experience. Next time improve your calculations and dont say buy 1 get 1...
