Went for lunch today after my daughter and partner went for baby scan as a treat my other daughter was to join us as she was running late so we ordered our food and drinks it had just been served when my other daughter arrived it was around 1pm she went straight to the counter and asked for a tuna sandwich and can of coke to be told that they had stopped serving food but could buy a cake if she wanted which she didn't want, so she sat there with a drink and nothing to eat ,wou would'nt of minded if we all had just purchased drinks but we had'nt so she sat there with no lunch, sorry cafe on the corner you let your locals down will not return wouldn't of mined if she wanted something cooking but a tuna sandwich takes a couple of minutes come on very...

Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had to pay for, luckily they take payment when ordering or it would have all been sent back. Avocado toast, was literally half burnt normal/budget white sliced bread, toasted in a household toaster with a sliced avocado on top, not mashed, not seasoned and put together by the son of presumably the owner who clearly never made it before. Unfortunately although the ladies are friendly, I asked for a sausage cob with ketchup. Upon being asked to pay I presented my card but told it was cash only. Luckily I had the cash and was told to wait for my order. 10 minutes later my order was ready. I received a plain sausage cob, no ketchup and dry, a 2 minute walk to work later I found the sausage to be tasteless and semi cooked. Not only was my order wrong it was also lacking in taste. I’m afraid as a new local to the location I won’t be returning my custom.
