Yatzen — Restaurant in Chelmsford

We just had the most amazing meal for my wife's birthday at Yatzen. As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff were so friendly, and were so attentive and interactive with our 2 year old son. They gave him a robot toy to play with, and brought a banana with the meal for the toy elephant that he brought with us to eat! The food portions were more than generous and everything was hot and delicious, and was served promptly. After the meal, the staff and their children proactively played a game with my son, so we could finish our food. Also, as we were about to pay, they brought out some mini deserts with a candle and sang happy birthday to my wife. All in all, this was one of the best meal experiences we have ever had. Best Chinese/Thai restaurant in town! Staff are warm welcoming with great service. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Inside is very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. I do not know where the 3 stars came from the 1st rating? but seriously you are not used to good food! My partner ordered food. It came, had a few hairs in it wrapped around the noodles. She took pictures and informed the yatzen staff.

She then had TWO angry rude staff turn up at the house and proceeded to argue with her..

Refused to believe that they had done anything wrong. Rather than even offer to replace the food with no fuss, they then proceeded to dial 999 on MY doorstep.
