Please contract me, I ordered the following -large meal vegan nuggets and Diet Coke chillie cheese bites large burger meal with cheeses loaded fries and a vanilla milkshake
This order was placed around 10:10 on Saturday night we had no issue’s ordering but the staff where extremely rude and clearly wanted to close the restaurant, we then watched a male member of staff with long curly hair and glassses say “don’t worry I won’t do any fresh chips I can scrape the ones off the sides.” We then watched this member of staff scrap the chips of the sides of the machines and then served us cold chips, when we first received the order there was no vegan nuggets, I spoke to the manger he replaced the chips and provided 9 nuggets, the restaurant then closed.
I then ate one of the nuggets then to find that these nuggets where no vegan and where meat chicken nuggets as this was verified by the customer near us that had ordered normal nuggets also my partner that eats meat verified the nuggets where not vegan.
I would like to make a Formal complaint as I have never eaten meat in my life and this has made me mentally very distressed, Also as I dk t eat meat as I ate 2 nuggets the next day I was very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea and missed out in the day trip that we had planned as we were sleeping in the travel lodge at the service station to then have a trip to bister village which I could not attend as your restaurant caused me to be unwell.
I would like you to take this matter very seriously as the strain this has taken in my...

Just been to the new store in Bicester and just been served freezing cold burgers.
Double Bacon Burger and two Bacon Cheese Burgers, which were all stone cold.
Went to speak to staff member, but was told that's how we cook them, and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for my money back and wanted to return the sub standard poorly cooked product.
The bun is toasted and burger was luke warm, with four small slices of freezing cold bacon and two slices of cold cheese on a lukewarm burger and bun this is Bicester Burger King's recipe for an absolutely appalling burger.
If they are looking to take market share off McDonald's they are going the wrong way. I am sure there is significant investment that has been made for this new store is not coming to fruition. As it never looks busy.
I will never use it again and I should have taken heed of all of the reviews and not bothered to use their drive-through. Extremely disappointed with the product and extremely disappointed with the service.
I have searched the Internet to try and find a picture of a Burger King burger with cold bacon on it, which I was told was the standard of Burger King by the member of the team, and couldn't find one all the photographs show warm bacon melted cheese on a meat patty with a toasted bun.
Burger King claim the secret of the burger is that it is cooked fresh, just so disappointed, I would suggest if you need a burger make your...
Read moreDon’t usually write reviews but this place got my bloody boiling. On duty manager Joel needs a refresh course on what customer service means. She did not want to take my order. Asked me to order on the self service screens or wait until she’s ready. After 5mins of waiting I asked her I wanted to use a voucher from the app. She then surprised me by telling me off for not activating the voucher before she took my order. It’s really up to the customer when to activate the voucher not hers. She continues by telling me why I didn’t go do it on the self service till. It’s really a customer preference and for them being behind the till is there job. Don’t fell she really want to be working there, really drags down the people working there and the customer experience. Will be speaking to head office about this.
In response to the child that’s owning this feed - Firstly the duty manager looked abt 50 years old so maybe this kid did grow up wishing she worked here. Secondly it’s comparative to other fast food chains, how many Michelin restaurants are...
