Yesterday 13/08/24 I was at this store in Bicester, I was served by a girl with long brown hair, aged around 23 I’d say, who was doing a lot of yawning and rubbing her eyes, she looked half asleep and extremely bored. She was working on the customer service desk alongside a lady with short blonde hair. This was around 14:56. She was rude and actually made comments such as “why don’t you just buy a new wallet” in a sarcastic voice because I was struggling to get the coins out. Found this insanely rude as it’s not any of her business. You’re there to serve and not judge people on their personal belongings. She clearly had an attitude problem and needed to go to bed from the looks of it. I don’t think she should be on customer service at all, not very polite or helpful and when I questioned the meal deal she bluntly snapped you don’t have a club card I then showed her my discount club card and she seemed disgruntled by me having this and wasn’t very obliging when I asked to refund this so I could get the discount. Sorry but people forget just as I did, no need to be rude about it, and usually the staff prompt you and ask if you have a clubcard, also she spoke really quietly so it was hard to hear what she was doing, made a few mistakes with the refund also as I paid in cash and then she did the refund by card instead. All together bit of a joke. Do better. I’ve been going to this store for many years and never had an issue with anyone treating me like that. This was the first time and it was needless behaviour, it’s not our fault you are sleep deprived. You are not there to pass judgement, you are there to serve people. Try and do a better job and wear your name tag! She didn’t...
Read moreI recently had a rather unpleasant experience while shopping at tescos As someone who values good customer service, I was disappointed by the treatment I received from one of the cashiers, Khloe.
During my visit, the store was quite busy, with multiple people waiting in line. Understandably, this can be stressful for employees, but Khloe's demeanor was unacceptable. From the moment I approached her register, she was rude and abrupt.
Not only did she handle my transaction with unnecessary bluntness when I presented my ID for a beer purchase, but she also directed her rudeness towards another family in line. It was uncomfortable to witness her repeatedly snapping at them for no apparent reason.
What truly crossed the line was when Khloe loudly instructed her colleague not to authorize my purchase, seemingly taking out her frustrations on me and other customers. This behavior left me feeling disgusted and disrespected.
In summary, my experience with Khloe at tescos was one of the worst encounters I've had with a cashier. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from an employee representing the store. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism...
Read moreToday 5/01/25 I was extremely shocked at how bad the customer service was at the bicester store. The cashier i think her name was called Sharon. She had browish hair and must have been in her late 30's early 40's was extremely rude to my Nan and had unnecessary attitude with her for no reason. She had been yawing a lot soo my nan who is in her 80's was just making conversation and said to her " ohh are you tired, is your shift ending soon?" Just being friendly And the cashier snapped and responded with " No I have only just come in. I have already told you this twice already!" And then gave my nan the most dirtiest look and started rolling her eyes. I then told her to not roll her eyes and speak to my nan like that and that I'd be reporting her for her disgusting attitude. She replied with " well i have already told her". There is no excuse for this behaviour and needs to be dealt with. She should not be working in a customer facing role if that is how she is going to act towards someone just making an innocent comment and asking a question, This is...
