   Read morePlaced an order on the app and when order eventually arrived one item was missing. I called to advise of missing item and was met with a rude male who wouldnât listen to a word I said. I eventually managed to get a word in and said Iâm missing chicken strips from my order to which he aggressively told me âwe will just send you some moreâ to which I said ok do you need to take my address to which he just hung up! I called back and was answered by a female who immediately said âwe are busy tonight I need to put you on holdâ before I could even say hello or ok hold beeping music was being blared at me for 5 minutes down the phone. She eventually came back and I explained the missing item to which she said we will send a one now with the driver and will be 10 mins. 50 mins pass and still nothing so I call back and speak to the same girl and just explain I just want my money back now as we have had our food and itâs taken too long. She then puts me on hold for another 5 mins and comes back to advise me my money will be refunded but with no explanation of how and when. I questioned her on will I get confirmation of refund to which I was placed on hold again!!!! She then came back and said she didnât know so I asked to speak with the manager who advised my refund will take 5-7 working days and if it is not refunded by then to call back and there is no process of sending any confirmation of refund!!! Genuinely the worst customer service Iâve EVER experienced! Seems like all staff are either extremely rude or have no idea what they are doing. Made an order for a pizza. After an hour it hadn't appeared, and had received no telephone calls, despite my telephone details being correct. I called the the place I had ordered from, and apparently the address was incorrect. This, however, should not have been an issue as the address they had was two doors down, the notes I added included the marque and colour of my car, and it would be impossible to leave the (one way) street from that address without passing my house and seeing said vehicle. In addition, my 'phone details provided were correct and I had had no missed calls. They promised to attempt to redeliver. After a further hour I had not received what I had ordered. I called again.
At this point I was lied to. I was told that they had attempted to 'phone three times. This is a particularly stupid lie, as the number I had given them was my mobile, as such full inbound call history is naturally available to me. There were no missed calls. During this conversation, it was also pretty clear that they're preferred solution was to resend the pizza. Not a new one, I hasten to add, the same pizza. A pizza that, according to them, had been made two hours ago, had been sent out twice, and if I am being charitable I assume had been sitting under a heat lamp in the mean time.
