Domino's Pizza - Oxford - Kidlington — Restaurant in Cherwell District

I placed an order for a Vegetarian Supreme pizza and encountered multiple issues with the tracker, which kept jumping back and forth between “preparing” and “baking.” Concerned about the status, I called the store, only to be met with an extremely rude and unprofessional response from the manager. He shouted over the phone, stating the store was closing in five minutes — hardly the appropriate way to speak to a customer.

We arrived at the store at exactly 10:59 PM, well before the stated closing time. There was absolutely no need for the hostility. I’d like to point out that the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, the manager’s poor attitude left a lasting negative impression.

I am not happy with customer experience, I’ve just received. The caller picked up my phone call and constantly lied about how they delivered my order but that’s not true because first of all I didn’t hear the ring doorbell. The ring doorbell is very loud and they profusely said that they contacted me by my phone number and they didn’t. They kept being rude to me and I felt very disrespected and not heard. Terrible experience DO NOT ORDER from kidlington, i spent more than £50 and they sent me the wrong pizza 3 times in a same night, they sent pepperoni and ham when i ordered a Vegie pizza, the manager barley speaks English he says one word and the rest in Indian, and when i complained to him he said that’s impossible and was rude about it until i sent it back to him with the driver… The delivery took 2h30min, then i had to go meet the driver 5 min from my house because the driver speaks only INDIAN no English at all and doesn’t know how to use GOOGLE...
