I recently stopped by Esquires Coffee in Bicester, and it’s quickly become my top pick for a cozy spot in town. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The interior is modern yet comfortable, making it perfect whether you want to catch up with friends or just enjoy some quality time alone.
I decided to try their Full English Breakfast, and I was not disappointed! The portion size was generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy, the sausages were flavorful, and the eggs were just right. It came with toast, beans, and a side of mushrooms, making it a complete, hearty meal that kept me full well into the afternoon. To top it off, I paired it with one of their expertly brewed lattes, which was rich, smooth, and the ideal complement to the breakfast.
What truly makes Esquires stand out, though, is the staff and service. They were attentive and genuinely seemed to care that I had a great experience. For anyone looking for a spot with excellent food, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere in Bicester, Esquires Coffee is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more...

When I told the person who made the capps, he was unhappy about it and started mumbling about how experienced he was and that the coffee was the right temperature. While I was buying the capps, a member of staff interrupted the one who was taking my order and started to loudly complain about how things were not organised behind the counter. I don't want to see or hear this. Coffee is not cheap and I expect a pleasant environment and a quality product.
PREVIOUS: Esquires sells Organic & Fairtrade produce. At the time of writing this review, Esquires is situated in an area that is under development so not the best setting. However, the shop looks very nice internally, the service is great, the staff are pleasant, the coffee is about 8/10 and the food 10/10 (we ate a smoked salmon bagel and a sausage bap). Prices...

Today, we ordered a variety of brunch items, and every single one was bad. The ultimate breakfast pancakes were very small and sad looking - a freezing cold poached egg, and fatty, burnt bacon. The Full English was also pretty sad looking, everything burnt - but cold! Both kids breakfasts were bad - also served in what the kids called 'a dog bowl'.
The fact you get served your food, without any cutlery... and then have to sit, waiting for one of the staff to remember to bring you knives and forks. You also need to get your own hot drinks... which is odd when you've ordered food as well.
The only saving grace, is the coffee is really nice. Expensive, but nice.
We spent £42 on brunch for a family of 4, and it felt like an absolute rip off. I'm afraid that we won't be coming back here again - should have gone to Torino...
