This place is absolutely disgraceful, I stood for 10 mins at the counter waiting to be seen and this was just after the person in front of me was seen to, ended up having to use the self service kiosk. Whilst I was.waiting to be seen several of the staff stared at me gormley. Not one of them interacted with me just stared. When I ordered my food on the giant monolith not all the options are available as if you went to the counter, the printer was also not working so was unable to get my receipt and had to remember my order number. Whilst waiting for my food. Several people came in and complained that they had incomplete orders through the services like just eat and deliveroo, they said they had tried to phone but no one was picking up.the phone so actually had to come down to collect the remaining of their order. When it was my turn for my food i was told they didn't have one of my sides in stock and I had ordered extra, I then said I wanteded a refund for the extra sides ordered, then the manager had to be called for him only to tell me that they have my side in stock. My food wasn't separated and all thrown into one box in a bag. They had no straws or napkins soni couldn't drink my drink in the car. Read moreI ordered from KFC and when my delivery came to my house, part of my order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant to see, the “manager” as he called himself, spoke so disrespectfully and rude towards me when I told him that the service was awful and the order was missing two items. He then told me that Uber eats was to fault, there was no drivers to deliver the rest of my order and demanded me to contact Uber eats. I told him, Uber eats aren’t to be blamed when the order was missing two items and that was the restaurant fault. I asked him if I could have a part refund on the items not in the order received or For my order missing to be delivered later on that night. He got rude once more, than told me to come and collect the items missing the next day (the night after.) I told him, that is awfully unfair to make my fiancé travel to KFC the night after to collect items missing from my delivery when I ordered my delivery on the night, I should get all the items I paid for. Not only did he refuse to send the rest of my items to my door, he refused to pay some of my money back for the missing items. Went here last night (13.08.17)
I arrived at the restaurant at 8.30pm after driving up to visit my Grandchildren. Even though the opening times are clearly listed as a 9pm shut on a Sunday the door to the resteraunt was locked and there was a queue of 6 people stood outside. There were a couple of customers in the resteraunt being served and there appeared to by plenty of food on display. I tried repeatedly to get the staffs attention but they always avoided eye contact. Eventually after tapping on the window one of the staff looked at me then popped up their middle finger. Well with attitude like that it was pretty obvious there would not be a chicken dinner for us, so pizza hut being just next door a decision was made.
On entering the Pizza hut I found a member of the KFC staff ordering pizza. I asked why they were closed early. She told me it was because they had run out of food, even though I had seen with my own eyes that there was plenty of cooked chicken still on the hotplate.
So with this in mind I will judge the food purely on the attitude of the staff and will never return to this...
