I usually go to Koo for a coffee with friends and it’s always lovely, but this one time I decided to have food (a Caesar salad with halloumi) I got about half way down and it was absolutely smothered in dressing that tasted like seafood, I couldn’t eat what was left. It has made me feel badly sick, we complained to a lady on the bar and she gave us 20% off but even then, it was not worth us even paying for. I could’ve gone to Morrisons and gotten a meal deal for £3.50 and it would’ve actually been edible.

When our food arrived, the bowl of fruit and yogurt also contained a lot of granola (full of gluten!). My friend didn't want to make a fuss so just ate atound the granola bit this meant that she couldn't much of it as it was contaminated. Really need to sort the menu out! Also the Manager (I think) was shouting very loudly at his staff. This was really not appropriate and quite obvious in such a...
