Not only are all the staff kind and extremely professional at what they do the food is out of this world,the menu caters for all tastes and if its not on the menu they'll try and find a way to put it there,everything on the menu is reasonably priced,well very cheap really considering the 5 star quality of what their selling,if you havnt been here before I would highly recommend you do so because you will have a taste experience the likes of which you've never had before nor will you again. I’d give this store a 0 if I could . . Ordered from here tonight through uber eats, I placed the order at 8.20pm at 9.15 it was just getting collected after 2 drivers had already cancelled once the order had been picked up at 9.45 we tracked the driver who went to clay cross first before coming to our destination in eckington . . When we eventually got the order it was stone cold an inedible after spending £35 . . Tried getting a refund from uber eats who declined so I called the store who then said uber wouldn’t deliver a fresh one as we live to far away apparently but yet advertise on uber eats for our address but was spoken to like dirt by a member of staff in an aggressive manner who told me to just go through uber eats an put the...

First time ordering from here and hands down we will be back. Absolutely lovely desserts and we'll worth the wait, although I think it could be beneficial to update your delivery times on Uber Eats so that it reflects how long delivery does actually take. People will wait for such amazing desserts, the icecream is fantastic and the new York cheesecake icecream tastes exactly like new York cheesecake, like genuinely spot on.
