Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Appalling staff, inept unapologetic kid as a manager. The portion sizes are it seems for young children despite supposedly for adults. Eat in customers are treated with contempt and amusement by staff and managers. Food tepid & bland at best Ice machine wasn't working so was belittled when asked if it was out of order, told it was going through its cycle. Guess what was actually out of order. Asked to speak with a manager had to ask twice more before the young woman eventually arrived at out table. No apology for the poor experience just what appeared as a sardonic and bored grin. Despite being open only 3 weeks most of their technology has failed. To sum up, rude poorly trained staff, no customer service skills, awful bland muzak on constantly. Poor portion sizes. No value for money. My advice is truly give it a miss. If there was a negative star rating it would have it from me. All glitz no value and delivery drivers are the only customers the staff...

So disappointed in the experience here. Ordered 2 volcano meals, chicken strips, 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 quesadilla.. and the burritos was so small literally the same size as the cheesy wrap and for the amount of money you pay for a meal it wasn’t worth it at all you would have thought it would at least be bigger, no sauce inside, hardly no filling could have just rolled up a tortilla wrap and ate that. The staff what was there was just constantly messing around in the back and the customer service was absolutely appalling! Waited 15 minutes for the food for it to be cold and vile and missing items! I will never return back to this Taco Bell. You either need to change your staff or retrain as they was so rude, 4 staff members in the back and they was stood around talking and messing isn’t on at all, the seating area was a mess and discusting! You would have thought paying just over £30 for food it...

Ordered food from here a few days ago, I had a voucher so had to ask at the till to use it, when I asked about this I was greeted by a young boy that found it quite inconvenient to put through the voucher. Waited about 25 minutes for food, the boy on the till was stood arguing with other workers at the back of the kitchen. While waiting he had wiped his nose with a tissue then continued to pack food into bags without washing his hands. He also had two large holes either side of his inside leg where his jeans had ripped. Holes big enough to see his boxer shorts. Then he came off the till and began sweeping up up around customers, during this he actually hit both me and my mum with the brush and didn’t apologise once.
