Went here this afternoon for a wonderful, savoury afternoon tea. I was dining as part of a group of 5, and everything was just perfect. We each had a large tea pot, which was a very plentiful amount of tea. There were different finger sandwiches, little quiches, and sausage rolls, and the prawn cocktail was delicious. My most favourite part was the cheese scones, they tasted lovely and I enjoyed the spread, chutney and wedge of cheese that they came with. We all remarked how much we enjoyed this. It was great value, and I would encourage anyone to go and try it for themselves. The staff at Tilly's were so friendly, and I really appreciated the effort they went to, even down to the table being decorated. I would recommend and I would visit again.

I discovered Tilly's years ago and ever since every time I am in the area I make sure I don't miss a cream tea.. My wife and I are scone lovers and I still think no other scone beats Tilly's. Also nice to find someone who still cares about keeping the tables clean and being elegantly friendly to customers... How England was... How England should be! By the way... Even the cappuccino is so good with proper quality coffee and a little butter biscuit treat to die for!

Tilly’s has to be a favourite of ours, run by husband and wife team Neil and Teresa, they always offer such a warm and friendly welcome. Neil is an professionally trained chef of over 25 years and makes the most delicious cakes along with the best menu with seasonal and daily specials! It really is such a treat when we visit and we are always so full but can’t leave without taking home a slice of cake for later

Popped in today, whilst shopping. We received a very warm smile and the best welcome. Ordered a cheese scone and a rhubarb scone with a tea and a hot milk respectively. Scones and drinks arrived promptly, with the same wonderful smile and cheery conversation. The breakfast tea in its little pot was delicious and the hot milk just right. The scones! They were large and perfect. My cheese scone was delicious, the outside was crisp and when bitten into revealed a soft, cheesy (so amazingly cheesy) interior. The rhubarb scone was similar in texture and the fruit just tart enough. I may never make scones at home again and just journey into Midhurst to pick up a few...

Lovely little cafe. The owners, a husband and wife team made us feel very welcome. The cakes are delicious too, baked fresh every morning, a delightful selection to choose from. We had the Apricot and Almond cake which was moist and full of fruit and the individual Bakewell tart which tasted great. Coffee very good and hot. We liked it here so much we went back and bought 3 cakes to take home to family . Rhubarb scone beautiful and again plenty of tart fruit, chocolate dipped peanut cookie and a rather attractive tiffin cake. Will be our 1 choice to visit next time we are...
