Majestic Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Chorley

We booked here for a private function last night and I have to say everything was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, the food was amazing, every single person from the 16 of us didn’t have one issue with anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking on every occasion we have. I also went there for dinner on Thursday and was again happy with the service and food so I’m abit surprised to read the below review as I was there at that particular time and did see any un happy customers, it wasn’t busy so there wasn’t many to see and there definitely wasn’t any unhappy customers. I have looked at the guys photo and didn’t even see him in there so I’m not sure what his issue is. It states on the menu the times that certain food is served and if he’s asking for something off a menu that isn’t yet available then what does he expect! But I don’t think for one minute they would have refused him as I asked for something that wasn’t even on the menu and they happily made it for me with no issues! I think this person may be putting bad reviews on for other businesses as I really don’t think this happened! There’s no way they would refuse anyone anything even if it was on a different timed menu. Maybe before putting bad reviews on you should speak to the manager to try and resolve your issues!! Some people are idiots!

Have been a couple times previously and the food is lovely, with very generous portion sizes. When we arrived today they offered us a large table (for only a very small party) to accommodate for the stroller. The staff are great where children are concerned, they always bring my daughter a toy to play with however, I mostly wanted to leave a review today to thank the staff for their friendly and extremely helpful attitude after my infant daughter was sick everywhere (before any food/drinks had arrived) they boxed up my food for me and looked after us so well in the situation, showing genuine concern for my daughter. I had heard many positive things and read good reviews, so had to try for myself. It was a quick lunch stop. I had chosen ham and cheese ciabatta , my partner Bbq chicken ciabatta toasties. We ordered two hot drinks whilst we waited. We were informed no ciabatta bread and would ordinary bread be alright, which was fine..infact no problem at all ( see the photo). Cappuccino was lovely 😀 service was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. They seemed overly concerned about the bread issue, but I think I actually enjoyed it better.
