Burger King — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Total shambles! Tried to order food via the app but the Burger King app apparently wasn't giving us a barcode which Ashish was insistent we had to have. Instead we'd a code called APP80 which Ashish insisted he could do nothing with, whereas other Burger King outlets I've been in when there has been a problem with the app have sorted it in a matter of seconds! All this was compounded by the fact Ashish then said he'd call over the manager who came in the form of another employee who clearly wasn't the manager who then pointed to Ashish when I asked for the manager just shows the total mess this outlet is! Well, Burger King, I've now deleted your App and I won't be setting foot in another of your outlets again. It's McD's all the way! Goodbye and Good RIDDANCE! You've asked for a "tasty review on Google"...

Ordered on just eat, asked for car delivery not a bike so food not so cold, 1 hour after ordering app still saying ‘food being prepared’ when eventually delivered it was a bike, but in fairness did not seem via app to take long to deliver was surprised and happy about that, but food was cold and nit good, vegan royale hard in texture not like others had, did nit eat, kids meal - kid ate some chips only no burger as was cold and not good taste, other chips cold and not eaten, only thing was ok was vegan burger, although like warm tasted fine. I don’t think the cold was the delivery drivers fault, unless the app map of him on route was wrong, as when app said he left it didn’t take long to deliver. I really wouldn't if I was you. Used BK lots over the years but sadly after our experience at this one I shall be bidding the brand farewell. The food was stale, lukewarm and frankly looked like it been assembled by a blindfolded inebriate and then sat on. Despite ordering regular coke on the e-menu (I know sugar is bad for me but I just can't help myself) there was only coke zero available which was also flatter than a roadside badger. To round it all off my parter went on to develop the symptoms of food poisoning which meant that I was forced to single handedly assemble all of the furniture we had purchased from a well known Swedish furniture outlet; thanks...
