We had pre booked a table for our family and confirmed but upon arrival, the staff seemed at loss. 3 different staff members were coming to ask us for drinks/ orders. We requested water which was given to us in half filled glasses. They only gave us a bottle of water when we requested for it.
They weren't communicating efficiently and were not good at spoken English.
Surprisingly, food arrived less than 10 minutes ? Shouldn't a mixed grill take a bit longer if it's being cooked fresh on the grill ?
The staff didnt even bother to make space on the table properly before placing the food down. They just stood around holding the food asking who had ordered x y z and waited for us to move plates/ glasses out the way.
For the price, we were expecting reasonable sizes & portions but everything was in small bowls. The mix grill was dinky portions of meat on a layer of burnt onions. There was a missing seekh kebab in one of the mix grill orders, to which the staff said they had substituted it with 1 piece of chicken. However i couldn't see any difference.
The curries all tasted pretty much the same and seemed like they had been reheated. Nothing tasted fresh.
The naan breads were thin and small. The rice was stale and not warm. The sauces at the side just seemed to be a blend of random leftover sauces combined together.
Nothing was fresh, hot, appetising or appealing.
We were not loud, demanding or causing any inconvenience whatsoever. We didn't complain about anything. Yet The staff were unfriendly & distant.
The only good point: they offered everyone a warm wipe at the end of the meal.
Given the location & prices of this restaurant, you'd expect something to give. We were really looking forward to a good meal & dining experience as we do from other restaurants, but this one was a waste of money. Not worth the money at all. The quality and portion sizes are embarassing when compared to other restaurants. Would...
Read moreNestled in the heart of the neighborhood, this Indian restaurant has become my go-to spot for a midweek culinary escape. Having frequented it for several times, my experience has largely been with their sit-in meals, which have almost always been excellent, delivering a delightful blend of flavors and aromas.
One of its charm is the transition to a BYOB policy. This shift keeps the dining experience affordable, allowing patrons to bring their own beverages without incurring any corkage charge. Whether you prefer an alcohol-free beer or a bottle of wine, the flexibility is a welcome perk.
The restaurant's ambiance is a perfect blend of cozy and electric, making it an ideal place for both intimate lunch and dinners gatherings. The interior is nicely decorated, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Despite its somewhat secluded location, which limits options for post-dinner drinks, the restaurant itself is a complete experience worth savoring.
The extensive menu caters to a variety of palates, with a special nodarians. Each dish, from entrees to sides, is freshly prepared, boasting unique flavors that stand out in every bite. The presentation and aroma alone speak volumes about the attention to detail in the kitchen.
What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff are attentive and personable, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their infectious energy is sure to make you smile, and their willingness to accommodate your needs is commendable.

Read moreI happened to visit this restaurant on 28/09 after 7 PM as I was invited to attend a Wedding Reception party. The ambience of the restaurant was very Impressive and the staff very courteous. We settled in at Tables waiting to be served food. We had starter that I must admit was well cooked and wholesome. We were then served main course that had Chicken Biryani, Saag Aaalu, Mutton Curry along with Naan Bread. The moment I started to eat the Rice dish( Chicken Biryani) I could feel that I am biting something weird and unnatural. I managed to stop chewing and carefully take out the hard substance that I kept chewing. To my horror it was a BIG Plastic piece that has been cooked with rice. Then I alerted my friends on the table to be watchful of what they eat as they may potentially find Plastic pieces in their meal. To my horror a friend of mine sitting opposite me showed up the Plastic piece he detected in his mouth. Then there was commotion as many other people found the same plastic shreds in their meal. The staff tried to explain that may be the Plastic pieces were mixed in the rice. I have never eaten at any restaurant during my lifetime where they served Plastic pieces mixed as a staple food. The Mutton curry cooked was very Watery with Oil floating on top of the bowls and tasted very stale. One word to sum it up DO NOT engage them for any parties , functions as these guys can put your health at risk to earn profit by serving you pathetic , stale and polluted food. Before we left we did bring this to the notice of the Manager of this...
