First and foremost, there is not enough rating to click on, 1-5 ratings? Well, I can assure you, I wanted to give 10 out of 10. FACT.
I have been going to the Cuddie Brae for many years now, but yesterday topped it for me of ALL TIME. I booked my table a few days in advance. I also made them aware that I was requesting a large table. The reason for this, I wanted to have something of THE SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE MENU.
When booking my table I made them aware that I would 100% be having the
32OZ* TOMAHAWK STEAK Served with two portions of rosemary salted skin-on-fries, tomatoes on the vine drizzled with balsamic dressing, sautĂŠed mushrooms, lambâs lettuce, and two sauces of your choice. Min. 25 minute wait time for this dish, priced at ÂŁ38.99. I needed to make sure they were going to have them available on the day.
OMG!!!! I would 1 million percent recommend anyone to have this and I mean ANYONE. I ordered it to be medium to well done. My god, this has to be the most extremely wonderful meal I have EVER had when eating out.
I have been to 100âs of places eating out, but yesterday, was truly and utterly my best experience to date, that is with a shadow of doubt. It gives me great pleasure to be writing this review, because they truly deserve the praise.
The staff that were on, were also fantastic, but mostly the gentleman that was serving me and my friend with our meal and drinks. (OUTSTANDING)
The meal was absolute delicious from start to finish as you will see from the images I have uploaded. Oh, I today I am planning in taken my other friend there today Saturday 2nd October 2021 if he comes to my home in time enough.
BTW! This is the best review I have ever given anyone, but well deserved.
I want to make those staff and the management know how fantastic the Tomahawk Steak Dish was, I am utterly shocked that they do not advertise this dish ENOUGH. I was saying to my friend, if I owned this place, that dish would be No1 and would be advertised to the max. It truly is beautiful.
Anyway, I need to go, so I hope that when people read this, they take on-board my experience and give this dish ago.
Thanks for taken the time to read my review, keep up the good work Cuddie Brae, see you soon.
Please excuse the last image, but it was that good, it had to be cleared...
Read moreMe & my family have been coming here for 10 plus years. Had my dads birthday meals 60th&70th here who sadly passed away 2 weeks ago. We wanted to make it a special day for my mum who had her 60th there Sunday passed. Food was great. But the new staff was very rude & abrupt if looks could kill in ways that saying. The way they spoke to us was very rude also asking them to pass there plates bare in mind us as a family are still grieving. And was fully aware as I booked the table online stating this is why we wanted the birthday meal held here. To be spoke to like rubbish and looked down upon was disgusting. I myself and auntie where going to speak to member off staff but with my mum having anxiety and going through enough we didnât want to upset her. My son was a little loud heâs only 5 though who has low spectrum off autism and adhd was quit loud etc but something canât be helped. Felt like the staff where around us etc looks where shocking. Old staff I wish had dealt with us as we all have good bond for many years. But the new staff need a good speaking to and how they approach, speak, look and rude to customers and more so loyal customers to the Cuddie brae ie myself and family. I personally wonât be back due to this issue. Nore my mum who doesnât need to be treated this way during time like this. As I stated food was great as usual. The NEW STAFF need approached professionally by a manager. Thanks for many years off happiness at Cuddie but we...
Read moreWe were back for our daughters early birthday lunch and the waiter Kalem (not sure how it's spelt), was really helpful and polite throughout the meal, thank you!
Our youngest and I decided to head for a boys night out as my wife and daughter were meeting other friends. We were greeted and quickly seated. We were at a table for 5, so amble space. It took a little while for us to get given menus and I ended up having to ask the service staff for a copy. I also asked for kids drawing paper and pens which unfortunately they had none left. After that the service was swift with taking orders and serving food etc. The atmosphere was good and lots of people coming and going, with it being a few days before Christmas this was to be expected. One thing I disliked, was the fact a dish is served sizzling and VERY smokey, not once but about 4 times while we were there, so clearly deliberately. Every time it set off the smoke alarm, which was just turned off. At one occasion the front door had to be jammed open to get rid of the smoke. Maybe a dish to reconsider as many commented on how it was too smokey not happy about the constant smoke alarm going off! Otherwise great and friendly service from the...
