Me and my boyfriend visit the fort kinnaird starbucks frequently due to the convenience of location, as a starbucks employee myself I understand that it can be impossible to get every little thing right especially during rush hours, but every single time weāve visited, during quiet hours without fail one if not multiple things are done wrong with our order. on one occasion, when ordering 2 ventis, one is put through as a grande and no adjustments are made as the person on till put through as a grande, we then mentioned we specifically ordered two ventis, and the blonde male young looking i assume supervisor, dismissed us immediately and just said āwell the ticket says grandeā, this same order i had asked for cold foam on top, which had actually been put through and was on the ticket but low and behold there was no cold foam on my now grande drink. so two faults in one order is pretty impressive to say the least. iād mentioned the cold foam as well as the size but the only adjustment made was the tiniest bit of watery cold foam drizzled on top of the drink, wouldāve been happy enough if they put the grande drink into a venti cup and topped it with cold foam but no. anyway to sum this long ahhh review up, that was just one of the many faults weāve encountered when visiting this store, iām humane enough to understand itās just coffee and these employees could be in training or tired or just not the brightest, but from being on their end of the stick aswell i understand how easy it is to correct simple mistakes and just give a genuine apology or recognition to the customer. and starbucks is not cheap as we all know so these mistakes are just not good enough and i would just have to say overall this specific store is quite unprofessional,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust a suggestion but it might be an idea to consider that it is generally whilst standing waiting to be served that customers would be most likey to browse the merchandise available. From the queue I noticed a display of boxes but wasn't sure what they were. It looked like a completely closed box as every side was closed from the angle I was standing at (or any angle from the queue). Curious I picked it up only to discover that it was an open box with a breakable mug inside which obviously came crashing out onto the floor. Most embarrassing but thankfully all customers around me agreed that it was a ridiculous place/angle to put a breakable display. On the plus a member of staff was there within seconds to clean it up and didn't make a fuss. The person who had the wonderful idea of putting the display here is just asking for more breakages and more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy best friend and I went into Starbucks around 18:25 yesterday (Monday the 9th of June) because we were waiting on a breakdown recovery coming to come and pick us up from the b&q carpark and we were cold and thirsty and needed to use the bathroom. When we ordered our drinks to the two women working (Iām so sorry I didnāt get their names) I explained our situation and that they werenāt due for another hour or so and asked if they could fill up my hot water bottle which they very kindly did and told us to wait there until the recovery truck arrived instead of going back to the car. I just wanted to praise and thank the two women for their kindness and their customer service as they made us feel more comfortable. Luckily only 10-15 mins later I got a phone call that the recovery truck had arrived early so I thanked the ladies to which one of wished...
