While me and my boyfriend were being served by a trainee she gave me a pastry sausage roll instead of a breakfast baggeut (i can understand how scary it is to be a trainee for greggs and how confusing it gets so i had a little patience) she then put the sausge roll back and rolled her eyes. she then gave me a breakfast sausage roll instead of sausge baggeutte. my partner got his bagguete fine but then when i said again it was a baggeuet she then said we had no baggeuuttes. she then charged me something like £7 for two drinks and two brakfast iteams! this was with my staff discount. so i then asked for it to be checked then the manager or supervisor came over and voided the incorrect iteams and tols her i was in the wrong? i can understand being a trainee is hard but gives you no excuse to be rude!! Walked into a small queue on 28/4/2024 3 members of staff I could see, one on till one on Deliveroo, one stoating around. Stood for about 10mins waiting on a big order being done infront of me. By this time there was a large queue. Just as the staff member get to the end of the order (2 people in front of me) the Coffee machine breaks. 3 members of standing at the coffee machine and NO MANAGER sorting staff. No one jumping on the till to reduce the queue that is now OUT the the door. I just dumped my stuff and walked out. 15mins an no service, bad shift/time/staff management. 0/5stars.
