The hookah was terrible, I don't recommend it. If you want a medium or strong hookah with quality tobacco, you are not here. The money for the bad product was not returned, they arranged a showdown, in the end they changed the hookah for food for the amount we paid for the hookah (20 pounds premium Russian). The food... not great either. Everything is very spicy and the sweet cake is very greasy... the cream is also very greasy in consistency. The room is very cold, we sat in jackets and hats. The room is not provided for smoking hookah in it. Stalls in the toilet are not closed. This place can in no way be called...

Don't order online!! Ordered on website for collection, page showed that order was confirmed but when we went to pick up they told us no order was received. At first they didn't believe we had placed an order as the website form did not ask for email so we had no proof but I could see the payment was pending. They also tried to tell us the website is not theirs!! They refunded the money after a lot of arguing! Still have no...

This is decent place to chill out. Food is good and shisha is good as well. But the place is really very cold and can’t sit for more than 40 min due to that. More efforts should be made for warming the place. Other than that, nothing really bad and if improved that would be the most wonderful place to chill...
