Drive-thru this evening was great — nothing like getting the sugar in for you. It might sound petty or lazy, but the UK is weirdly inconsistent about this (Aussies and Americans will know what I mean). So I was very happy to drive off without having to pull over, add sugar, stir, find a bin, then finally head off.

Proper drive-thru experience.

Absolutely awful! Simple order, peach iced tea. Dude that served me managed to completely mess it up, tasted vile and I mean completely unpalatable. Also witnessed him sticking his grubby fingers in the shaker to break up the ice. The only reason I'm giving additional stars for the service is because the young lad I returned the tea to handled it...

Staff are great especially with kids, the food variety isn't amazing but it's improving. Could do with more kid-friendly food options across the chain in general but the coffee is decent and the facilities are clean. It's really all I was asking for.
