Greggs — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

The queuing is very confusing for many. Almost every time I've been in here, there's been a queue. One very large and a smaller queue. As there are 2 tils usually serving, if someone walks by the see the small or just 1 person waiting "queue" they just go to it. I always hear someone mutter, disgruntled why they jumped. The size of the queue ensures there's a wait. I agree there should be a clearer queing system and the staff should enforce or correct the people who do t adhere. I understand people's frustration of potentially there being sold out by the ti.e they are served. I do question some people, they conveniently don't notice, but they walk fast and have the correct money in change for their purchase. I mean that to me looks like someone in a hurry and uses Gregg's regularly? The staff just want to get the work done, no time no excessive smiling and thank yous. I don't often get Gregg's but friends do so I find myself in Gregg's a surprising number of times...

Ordered 2 bacon rolls and they were good! Bacon was not too crispy but soft enough so my teeth didn't break!

The guy who served me looked and sounded like he wanted to dive into the oven and turn into a sausage roll. Lack of motivation in his speech, Sounded like me getting up in the morning. His shirt was inside out, I had to double check but I'm pretty sure I was in Gregg's not s'ggerG.

When he got my bacon out the containers he shouted bacon, Must be to tell them they need more, But the way he said it, My god, The bacon on my rolls would have had more life!
