Staff were super friendly and attentive, one of the chefs even came out to greet guests when there was a bit of a queue. It was quite busy but I was never waiting long or felt like I’d been forgotten. Even when they were really busy, someone would acknowledge they we’re getting to you next. I only had a main and desert. I couldn’t have finished a starter or any sides as well. The portions were about right in my opinion. The price also factors in quality. The lamb and vegetables tasted like good quality. Many restaurants are cutting corners after suffering a year of lockdowns :( it’s nice to see that Kezban is committed to the quality of their food. The Lamb Ali Nazik was really good and a good portion for the price. The rice wasnt plain but wasn’t so over seasoned that it overshadowed the Ali Nazik sauce. The kunafeh was also very good! Rarely do you find a good kunafeh. With a bit of extra syrup, I reckon it could have been great without the ice cream. I see why they serve it with the vanilla ice cream though, it works well with the kunafeh!

Yet another fabulous meal had here 🤤😋 staff are amazing/friendly, food fantastic & all in a beautiful authentic setting 🤩 Went with a friend who had wonderful memories of going to the Turkish quarter of Cyprus growing up & it took her right back to that time ☺️ the music, the food, the BBQ smells & she even had had a bag like one on the walls 😌 🔝🔝🔝 she was so glad to have finally visited Kezban & she will definitely be back! 🥰 Thanks Kirsty et all, you are still doing a fabulous job of serving gorgeous food & friendship to your customers 💖 it’s a win win from me! 💯%

Came here for a work lunch. The food was flavourful and delicious, especially the Tavuk Guvec chicken! Really tasty cold mezzes to start with (hummus, cacik and baba ghanoush) however it would have been nice to have a bit more bread as it wasn't enough to finish the dips. The service was really friendly, but often there wasn't anyone around (i.e. to ask for more bread). I had a chocolate brownie for dessert and although nice, it wasn't as good as our mains. Still a great meal and I would definitely recommend! Nice décor and traditional music.

Soo sorry to say this. The food was good but not happy with the service. We were few in numbers who visited the restaurant. It was clearly evident to us that the staff was not happy because we didn't order something like a 'feast'. No matter for how much amount a customer/consumer orders food, all should be treated equally. Or else mention that in front of the place so that people who are not into trying out or eating lesser amount will just skip the place. Not to indirectly insist them to order bigger portions or whatsoever. We felt bad. We've never tried Turkish coffee and heard a lot about it. Planned to try it at somewhere else but couldn't make it. So during the last day of our trip all of us went to the nearest place where we could get it. It was the only reason why we went there and regretted it. We ordered other items even though we didn't want to. I'm a foodie and for me hospitality is one of the reasons why I visit certain...

Totally unforgettable experience, I ordered lamb kebab and received chips :) when I told that it's not what I ordered and wanted to order again, waitress decided that it's all my fault and asked me to pay more than in a menu (I already paid for chips which I didn't ordered, so we started a new bill with higher payment than in a menu). Not sure what would happen if I stay and they prep different than ordered food (probably they would like me to pay again and hope that next one will be correct:)). After all of that I decided to leave, so I heard the best comment from waitress "I do not understand what your problem is" spoken using very aggresive voice. I didn't have opportunity to try food, it's review of customer service which is the lowest possible. Please have that in mind before you...
