Acrapolis Greek Gyros — Restaurant in Colchester

Ordered lunch through Deliveroo for my family and received my order 1 hour late, cold food which is alright, I can understand traffic and all that. But when I called the restaurantto get an an update on my order, the owner had a disgusting behaviour towards me, wouldn’t even let me talk and trying to shut me down! But not only that he had done that to me, he also lied regarding the delivery guy, that he was outside of the property and no one opened the door and also no one answered the phone, which i would like to tell you SIR you are a big liar purely because I have CCTV to proof everything 😊 Is not my first time eating there, that’s why I choose going back, again and again! But with such behaviour is a definite NO for me and SIR you are losing customers in this...

Awesome experience was had ... Friendly professional staff, and top quality food, average cost between £10 and £20 per person but meals do start from £6 and they have a kids menu too.. hygiene level was exceptional .. the only bad points of the whole place are drinks are not cheap if you order wine or spirits cans and bottles are slightly more than other places but lager is cheap , there is parking less than 5 mins from the door i would say around 500 metres away ... And it's an old building so getting a wheelchair through the front door is awkward but still possible .. service was brilliant and and food was on the table within 10 mins of ordering... Want good food? Stop what you are doing and come here for delicious food! Some of the best Greek food I have had! I had the mixed grill which came with a little bit of everything, the beef and sausage are amazing and I have had some of my best chips here! Owners have been running this place for 3 years!
